How are credits used?

Every generation shows the exact credit cost on the model card before you click run — so you always know what each one will cost. If a generation fails, the system automatically reverses the credit deduction.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Subscribe to a plan (Standard, Pro, Pro Plus, or Ultimate), upgrade to a higher plan, or buy a credit pack.

Do unused credits roll over?

No — and the reset timing depends on your plan. Free-tier credits reset at the start of each calendar month. Paid-tier credits expire at the end of your billing cycle. Credit packs stay valid for 90 days from purchase.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period.

What happens when I upgrade?

You pay the full monthly price of the new plan and a new month starts that day. You get the new plan's full credits, and your unused credits from your current plan carry over, valid until the end of the new month. Your old month ends when the new one starts. From then on, your plan renews at the new price on the new date. You can upgrade once per billing period: after an upgrade, your next one is available from your next renewal date.

Can I upgrade during my $1 trial?

Not during the trial. Once your trial ends and your plan starts, you can upgrade once per billing period.

Do credit packs expire?

Each credit pack stays valid for 90 days from the day you buy it. Buying another pack does not change the dates of packs you already have, and upgrading your plan does not affect them either.

Are purchases refundable?

No. All getvivix purchases are final and non-refundable, even if you have not spent any credits — credits are currency, and we cannot refund currency. The free tier (3 signup credits) is the way to evaluate getvivix before subscribing.

Is there a trial?

Yes. For $1 you get a 3-day trial of Standard or Pro with 10% of the plan's monthly credits to test. The $1 counts toward your first month: if you like it, your card is charged the remaining $9 on Standard or $14 on Pro (plus tax where applicable) at the end of the third day and the plan starts. After that it renews at the normal monthly price. Cancel before then and nothing else is charged. Every new account also gets 3 free credits, no card.
